PES Maintenance Plan
Preventative performance agreements help avoid costly shutdowns and production disruptions. Our maintenance agreement provides you with an experienced service specialist who will conduct periodic performance evaluations, assessing the performance of each function, according to a checklist, at time intervals, pre-selected according to your convenience/need. Our specialist will inspect your equipment and provide routine maintenance according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. The ratings provided will indicate status and any adjustments that were made and/or need to be made to obtain optimal performance. If a replacement part is needed beyond the scope of regular maintenance, or a problem detected, your personnel will be informed and a separate quote for such work will be provided.
During the duration of this agreement, customer will be given preferential scheduling and free, unlimited access to our Help Desk.
